Our Return & Exchange policies 
Products that CAN'T be returned:
  • Used apparels
  • Any product that is not in its original condition or is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Order for which return request is generated more 30 days from the date on the invoice. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange 
  • Redeemable coupons or Gift cards
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags and barcode information. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase like your order number. However, there are certain situations where only partial refunds could be granted.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund depending on our inspection.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will either transfer the money back in your account or transfer it via any of the new payment means by sending it through G-Pay, PayTm, or similar type of payment facilitators after you provide us with you UPI ID. 

Total Time taken for the entire refund process usually takes 10 to 15 working days from the time the return is initiated.  

Refunds / Cancellations: Kindly allow us 5-7 working days to process your refunds after receiving your product. You will then be able to see the credit in your bank account or through the mode of payment that you have made the payment to us.  


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
